Follow these guidelines to enable JavaScript in the browser of your
choice:
Netscape Navigator 4.x:
- Go to the "Edit" menu and select "Preferences".
- Select the "Advanced" tab.
- To enable JavaScript, select "Enable JavaScript".
- Click OK.
Internet Explorer 4.x for Windows 95, 98 & NT:
- Go to the "View" menu and select "Internet Options."
- Select "Security" by clicking one on the word "Security."
- Select the "Internet" Content Zone if it's not already selected.

- Click the button marked "Custom".
- Click the "Settings" button.
- Scroll down to the section marked "Scripting".
- Under the "Active Scripting" section, select "Enable".
- Click OK.
Internet Explorer 4.x for Macintosh:
- Go to the "Edit" menu and select "Preferences."
- Under the "Web Browser" section select "Web Content".
- Under the "Active Content" section select "Enable Scripting" so
that a checkmark is displayed.
- Click OK.
Internet Explorer 5.x for Windows 95, 98 & NT:
- Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options."
- Select "Security" by clicking one on the word "Security."
- Select the "Internet" Content Zone if it's not already selected.

- Scroll down to the section marked "Scripting".
- Under "Active Scripting" select "Enable."
- Click OK.
AOL 4.0 for Windows 95 with Internet Explorer 4.x:
- In Windows 95 go to Start, Settings, Control Panel.
- Double-click the "Internet" icon.
- Select "Security" by clicking one on the word "Security."
- Select the "Internet" Content Zone if it's not already selected.

- Click the button marked "Custom Level".
- Scroll down to the section marked "Scripting of Java Applets"
and select "Enable."
- Click OK.
AOL 3.0 for Windows 95 with Internet Explorer 3.x:
- In Windows 95 go to Start, Settings, Control Panel.
- Double-click the "Internet" icon.
- Select "Security" by clicking one on the word "Security."
- Check the "Run ActiveX Scripts" box.
- Click OK.
